I have bought a number of kipling bags and wallets over the years and while expensive, they have excellent durability and I have never had any reason to complain. I bought a black and white bag a couple of years ago which I hadn't used in a few months. When I got it out of the closet this morning it virtually shredded all over me, getting worse during the day and leaving me, my clothes and my car, covered with what look like flakes of paint. I am extremely disappointed as all my other kipling products are as good as new despite years of use. I have pictures, but can not post them here.

I have received the incorrect piece of luggage which I did not order. Very upsetting as I wanted to use it for my trip. I am going on holiday early tomorrow so will not be able to return it to you for an exchange until the 27th September.
