Hello i recently stayed at Kalahari Resort and needed to contact somebody about the issues we encountered. We stayed in a deluxe two room suite room 2409, it was nice, but smelt very bad of cigarette smoke and we found butts all over the balcony, which is bad for us because we do not smoke and we have children, on top of my fiance being allergic. Also one of the toilets was used and clogged. I mentioned my issues to the desk, but was redirected. I am hoping this email will find the right person and maybe we could get a comped stay or even something as small as a discount. My family and i spent a lot of money and would appreciate our concerns being handled. Thank you.
