Hello. I just went to the hair cuttery in Lockport, Il and got charged for a two dimension color w/highlights plus a haircut. I didn't realize this until I went home and was wondering why I paid so much money. I had only gotten my roots colored and ends toned with a haircut. I didn't ever get highlights. I would really appreciate compensation for the highlights that I paid for and never got. This is my second time being disappointed with hair cuttery. Thanks in advance.

Corporate: I do not appreciate receiving a letter from Bradley J. Hansen, which I consider a threat. He does not know the full details as he never contacted me of the situation. Also, I feel the information he received is untrue. I never DEMANDED a refund as he indicated. If I hade received the trim that I asked for this never would have happened. The stylist knew she did wrong and the next day after the cut she offered me a free hair cut. It seems this stylist does it her way and not the way the client wants her hair styled. Plus even though she is suppose to be a Master Stylist she feels she can charge any amount she wishes. I never had to pay so much for a hair cut as she charged me. My stylist who was a Master Stylist never charged me so much for cut or coloring. Also was he aware of all the times my appts. Were cancelled without notification and your DM at one point told me to go elsewhere if I didn't like it. I feel he should have all his facts before sending a letter to a client of over ten years. Awaiting you reply.
