On Saturday 10th September we came to your restaurant in Borehamwood for my brothers suprise birthday. There was five adults and three children. We love eating at Franky and bennys, but have been put off really after this visit. My partner ordered a cheeseburger meal, but asked for no bacon. Anyway bacon came with so he just took it out. The young girl serving us didn't speak great English, but was nice enough. When ordering our two toddlers sausage and mash meals she asked what we would like with them and I said veg. Anyway only ONE meal came out and had beans rather than veg I told her about the beans instead of veg (thinking the other meal would soon follow, but it never). So both kids shared. Also I had handed a cake in at the beginning (my brother didn't know we had him a cake and wanted it to be a suprise) anyway after the plates were cleared away the girl bought to the table eight small plates and spoons About 15 minutes Before the cake had been bought out So now my brother knew what was coming and it was no suprise I told her after she put the plates down that now it won't be a suprise and she shrugged her shoulders. Little to say very disappointed with our visit. Especially where it's not a. Cheap outing. £140 later and we left feeling let down.
