215 N Milwaukee Ave. Vernon Hills, Illinois Extended Stay America. Hi I’m here to make a complaint against this Facility. It is Disgusting and Unorganized, unprofessional front desk personnel and the list continues. We are here to visit our sister at her Navy Graduation today. Everything was fine until we identified the room that we are staying had Wasp and clearly the nesting had been there for quite sometime. We called the front desk and said Maintenance will be there to fix the issue. An hour later, still hasn’t showed up. Also, the front desk hanged up on me while I was trying to explain the problem and immediately said Maintenance will arrive. Again, the rudeness of this facility isn’t what I expected. Just for that, I’m going to forward this complain as well to Base Housing to Black List this Hotel so no one else will have the same issue. We are staying in room 304. After waiting and waiting, they finally came. They were shock and told us, “oh we get bugs all the time here”. Like what’s that suppose to mean? Is there no Bugs deterrence in this building or any one care about this type of nuisance? I’m appalled by this What can’t corporate can do for us?.
