Del Amo Mall holds the management of over 200 stores, encompasses restaurants, fashion stores, electronic stores, housewares, footwear, jewelry, etc. There are nine anchor stores in the mall such as Amc Del Amo 18, H&M, Barnes & Noble, Cotton On, Urban Outfitters, American Eagle Outfitters, Crate & Barrel, P.F. Chang's China Bistro and Vans. Moreover, the mall also consists of 18-screens AMC Theater.

Del Amo Fashion Center was the result of consolidation of various developments in Torrance, California, done by Guilford Glazer. It was the No.1 American shopping mall from 1981 to 1992 on the basis of floor area.
