Hello, i purchased and had fitted a kitchen mixer tap, but it is now dripping. I need to get to the washer, Do you have any instruction manuals which can be downloaded in order for me to do this, as this should be a simple job, but I cannot physically get to the washer part? It looks like I need to get the ends off the cold/hot water tap handles, but I am not sure if this is the case. Therefore, as mentioned, are there downloadable manual/instructions available? I do not have the model number, but I can take a photograph if that is useful.

Hi, I have a cooke and lewis gas hob. As on my own obviously not huge ware and tare, but on recent gas visit for boiler we asked them to check as could smell gas. A very small leak on back right valve, again rarely used as four hobs and left side always used. Really disappointed as they have capped it off and we do not know how long it had been leaking Also I have rung three repair companies who have said they do ot repair them I was advised to come back to you. Gas board have offered to repair for £145, or cheaper to replace, this I do not want to do as really pleased with the hob, fits in well and has always worked well. Please can you help as soon as possible as unable to use hob. Thank you Sharo Whittington.
