Most of the operations of Big Y are spread in the Massachusetts and Connecticut states. The Company is operated by Charles and Donald D'Amour, who are cousins of the founder Paul D'Amour.

They had started to operate the market on 12th of December. The Company also operates two standalone pharmacies. It was entered into fuel station industry in 2013 after making partnership with
F.L. Roberts and had opened the store end of the year under the name of
Big Y Express in Lee. With its quality product service, Big Food is successful to compete with various known supermarkets in the area like
