Lyft had a malfunction on their phone app that entered erroneous Stops that I never entered. I only entered two addresses: My home address, pick up, and the destination, ride termination. While waiting for my driver to arrive the phone app
suddenly and unexpectedly added two new addresses without me touching the phone or entering another addresses. I called the driver three times, his grasp of English was terrible. First, I tried removing the unsolicited mysterious addresses from the phone, but the app will not allow you to do so. I received at bill for $22. 77 for a ride that usually costs $9-$10.

Talbots stores makes it impossible to reach them, can not email to them
fax is busy all day, always reach voice mail, calls not returned. I have purchase jewelry from them advertised material 100% sterling silver, not
so, turns blue after one wearing right in front of my friends at church. I am on a fixed income I cannot afford this. I have tried to reach their CEO, but to no avail.
