I would like to say a very big thank you to the two members of staff who helped me when I felt ill in the store around 8. 30pm on Friday 7th December, I got to the check out and felt really faint and was sweating, the cashier (asian lady working on one of the tills near to a bench middle of check out area) immediately asked me if I was diabetic, which I am, she went to get some chocolate for me another colleague saw what was happening (she was afro Carabean and seemed to be a supervisor) supplied me with a mars bar and told me to undo my coat, she told me her mum was also diabetic she came back to check on me and asked me if I would like a lucozade, but I said no, she asked me if I had driven and said yes, she told me to rest more, after a while I felt better, I was able to thank the lady on the till, but the other lovely lady was no where to be seen, please give my thanks to them they will remember me hopefully, this is real customer service Asda, thanks you Asda staff ae fantastic.
