Car number:324 I picked up a passenger from Headingley from the data, I was noted that it is a return booking and to settle it with the customer. The customer gave me the money for the return ride and we settled between us the day and time I need to pick them up. I return called the company and spoke to someone called mark (i think) and he put my car number down for the booking. Normally i finish work at 6am however last night (30th) i finished at 3am as i had to go pick the customer up from Manchester airport. When i got half way onto the motorway the customer called me to inform me that another driver is picking them up. I called amber cars and spoke to the same operator who told me he cant explain what happened and who removed my number from the booking. I came back distressed. It wasn't the matter of money, but it was the lack of professionalism in dealing with this customer and myself. I would like an investigation carried out to understand what happened and why. Thank You i will also be emailing Vizu to let them know of this matter.
